Yeah, definitely useful.  And if both repository and PackageInfo are 
set, the loader can set up the repository automatically before even 
installing the package - which would fix, for example, the problems Lex 
had with Chuck (so, dependent packages would be found easily).  Add the 
field, and I'll be happy to work with you on the loader part.

It probably *should* be on release and not package, though, since you 
might well have different release coming from different sources - or 
even have a "development" repository vs. a "published" repository.
