Hi all!

Obviously all you guys are on vacation or something - otherwise I can't
see how many of you could have tested 1.01. :) It had a serious bug.

So I simply broke my own rule and fixed this IN PLACE, hopefully no more
serious bugs will appear. If they do, I we will simply have to put out
new updates or something.

If you have already loaded 1.01 then you should:

1. Update the map from the net.
2. Select "force download" on the 1.01 releases for SqueakMap2 base and
SqueakMap2 loader.
3. Install both those releases again.
