Hi, 
	On a Squeak3.7g-5978 open the World menu, select the flaps
sub-menu and select the option 'Destroy all shared flaps'.
	The flaps now are gone. To regenerate them re open the Flaps
sub-menu and select 'Install shared flaps'.
	The flaps are back, open the Tools or the Supplies Flaps and you
will find that the labels had a pretty small font size.
