[BUG] PNGReader (example image)

There is a suite of standard PNG files exploring the variations you can have
in a PNG file. I am going to use this suite to make PNGReadWriter comply
with the standard. It will take me a while yet especially as I am being sent
to Malaysia next week and then I go on holidays.
