Selecting mail out bug report from the debugger menu opens
the DecentReviewerNotePad but another DecentReviewerNotePad 
window is attached at the bottom of the first one. Weird.

I have also noticed it is hard to bring other windows to the 
front of the desktop if there is a DecentReviewerNotePad active.
Sometimes I have to move the window behind to bring it to front.

I'm using the BFAV2.11 version.
