Is SM server down?

Trying to install BFAVInstaller 2.10 into a clean 3.7b 5948 image, I get
the following error
Syntax Error
UndefinedObject as yet unclassified error
error occured retrieving http:Argument expected
->//map1.squeakfoundation.org/sm/accountbyid/7d14beff-c6b5-40fe-b47b-625
d54519641/files/BFAV-Installer-2.10.st: Server map1.squeakfoundation.org
is not responding
