Celeste for Squeak 3.7 [ANN]

I've tested now opening firs (with the Celeste oldest version) the db, and I
run also in the error: Category not found, but afther this I'm getting a lot
of error msgs and can't open the Celeste UI.

If previous to install the newest version I fetch some messages then the
error of category exist, but the Celeste may be used.
