Sorry, yes, I should have announced (and even discussed) that: The
tests used to be in categories Tests-*. This was done because the
test were a package for itself.

Now we have the tests in the image. And we plan to partition that
image into a bunch of PI-Packages. (like e.g. Compiler or SUnit).
In this case, we sure would like to have the tests of that package be
part of the package, so the tests for Compiler should be in 
Compiler-Tests.

In the current 3.7a we allready have started to re-categorise the tests
this way. (Some more cleanups are needed, I think).
