[BUG][Whisker] Error installing Whisker in 3.7a-5763

I know Whisker's not marked as 3.7-compatible, but I thought I would try
installing anyway :)

I got an error referring to "Error occurred during install:
SystemDictionary >> changes".  The problem seems to be in WhiskerBrowser
class >> initializePreferences, in the first line of code:
   currentChangeSet _ Smalltalk changes.

There are no implementors of #changes AFAICT in the 3.7a-5763.
