I've attached a small test for Ned's email address change.

I've lost track of the name scheme we're supposed to use for base tests
- do we want the test classes in Foo-Test categories or Test-Foo? (I've
gone for Foo-Test in this changeset, but it's easy to alter that).

On a related note, this changeset uses a mock class - MockSocketStream.
Seeing as SocketStream's in Network-Kernel, I've put this class in
Network-Kernel-Test. It seems to me to be reasonable to include mock
classes (where appropriate) with the test classes...?
