Squeak Licence and Debian and Apple and Skolelinux

I'm a bit confused here, the issue with fonts in the original  
distribution was they were from Apple.
So we've lately install accufonts and others to remove the Apple fonts  
from the image.

Are they saying we need to put them back in, remove all other fonts,  
then they will consider a relicense?
