Approved the ANSI changeset.

We'll need to incorporate Alain's SUnitTestRunnerFix changeset too.

However, one related thing we need to do is make the
TestRunnerEnhancements package an in-image package which is maintained
on SM.  (Right now it's in the image, but we need to keep the master
copy on SM.)  We need to do this because it relies on (and overwrites
methods of) the SUnit package, which is maintained on SM.  SUnit has to
be maintained on SM because it's under a different license, among other
reasons.

So in other words, Alain's TestRunner fixes need to be made to the
TestRunnerEnhancements package.

(Generally I think we want to avoid having too many in-image packages
maintained on SM like this, but in this special case I don't think we
have any other alternative.)
