I've written & attached a small test suite for the fix. When the
tests fail, they fail very noisily - "primitive failed" and
lovely things like that. Ideally I'd just like the tests to show
up as failed, rather than spewing walkbacks. Anyway, once Ned's
fix has been applied to your system, the tests won't fail (he
says, crossing his fingers behind his back).
