Freetype/2 Demo4 should have added an instance variable advanceTable to
CharacterScanner but didn't. This can cause problems in some cases since
all the CharacterScanner instances will be sharing the same
advanceTable.

This change set (or the updated version of this installer on SqueakMap)
fixes the problem.
