Okay, I guess it worked it my from-scratch image because it grabbed
stuff from the same cache directory.

One way that seems to work is to open a Monticello Browser, then do
+Repository, and then fill in the repository info, which is:

	MCHttpRepository
	    location: 'http://kilana.unibe.ch:8888/Chuck'
	    user: 'ls'
	    password: ''

After that, installing from SqueakMap will work.  I'll work on
automating this better in the future; it's late today, however!  Any
ideas are welcome...
