Hmm, I see exactly the same in the Squeakland image as in 3.8beta. The 
trashcan header has a ¥
  in it, but that is the same. Bookmorphs and annotation panes look 
fine, although the centered dot is much smaller than before. See 
attached screenshots from 3.8beta vs Sqland.
