PWS can do it.  If you make a request like 'http://yourip/', it is
treated as if 'default' were added to the end, that is,
'http://yourip/default'.

So come on, there has to be a way to do this in Comanche.  :)  Anyway,
this is important functionality.  Web site maintainers should be able to
control what the default page is if the user comes to the site without
specifying a page.
