[BUG][FIX] SqueakMapSystemVersionFix ( [cd][er][su][et][sm] Recommend including with attached sunit test )

simple fix to one method. I added an sunit test and class comments to
the attached cs.
Recommend we approve.
tested with Squeak3.8b-6374A03
