On SqueakMap, there is now a "Refectoring Browser for 3.9".

Changes to 3.8 for now: just removed RB-AST+Parser.

As the RB-Parsetrees are not in 3.8beta, but in 3.9, this
package is again not compatible with either 3.7 or 3.8.

The Plan is to make the RB package to be just the
Refactoring Engine. No AST/Parser (this is in the image), no
Browser.

Instead of having a Refactoring Browser class, we will
use Romain's services instead. (And make *all* Browsers
services aware).
