Until the SqueakMap entry is fixed, I do the following to get a working 
BFAV:

-> load BFAV installer.
-> load BFAV-fbs.179.mcz (from SqueakSource) via the file list

Then I upen BFAV, it loads tons of headers for all posts ever posted
(lots of them, over 25.000). That takes a while.
