No. There are a number of different "minimal" images floating around, 
some
based on stripped morphic, some based on MVC. All are build using 
*really*
old Squeak versions. (like 3.2).

PKI seems to be PhiHo's private image, I don't think that anyone else 
is using it.
(But I'm happy to be corrected on that one)
