InformationSpace has been updated, the current version is now 0.4.4

In brief, the UI has been cleaned up, tabbing between text fields has
been added. Thanks to Chris Muller for pointing me in the right
direction to get that working.

A speed enhancement has been made to CausalBit and CausalLigature
classes. Dictionaries have been replaced with OrderedCollections, this
cut exploration run time by 25%.
