Anyway, I got my debugger up and can explain what happens. "BFAV2
Installer" is a load script - it first tries to install or upgrade the
HTTPClient package. But there is no published HTTPClient package release
for 3.8, only for 3.6 and 3.7

I agree it could be a bit more descriptive.
