[BUG][BFAV]Loading updates failed ( [sm][et] A work around change set for this problem )

I've written over two dozen posts with bad dates in their ListingRow. 
This fix adds logic to force date to 9/5/2004 when date is invalid. This
allows uploading to complete successfully.

Will update SqueakSource shortly.
