How are you going to assure this stability? Are you going to do
integration and system tests?  What about resolution of conflicts
between different packages?

Didn't you read the mails of Stef, Marcus and Doug's mail about the
problems of building 3.7 full?

P.S. If you are going to build an enlarged version of 3.7 full (a
distribution which is "fuller" and well tested) that is fine, of course.
