Thanks, but, sadly, what I need is a maintainer to build it.  I have
no machine on which to build or test a windows VM.  I've finally sold
out recently and got for free a used x86 box to use as a house server,
but, that doesn't run windows.

In the past I've waited for Andreas, Ian, or John (Windows,
Unix/Linux, Mac) to build and bless the VMs and have used their
blessed VMs as the ones on the FTP site.  I'd really prefer to
continue with this, especially since I don't have the hardware to test
many of the VMs.

So in this case we'll just have to wait a bit.  As soon as new VMs are
released I update the FTP packages and send a note around so those who
subscribe to the mailing list, at least, know.
