I am trying to become a better citizen and use the BFAV to review patches.

As such I am trying (and have finally succeeded) to send email from  
withing Squeak.

SMTPClient needs some hacking to be able to relay message to  
squeak-dev at lists.squeakfoundation.org.

I am using  Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service, Version: 5.0.2195.5329

for whatever reason, I have to:

1. EHLO <stmpserver>
2. USER <username>
3. PASS <password>
4. Then send the message as before

This required a few changes to SMTPClient.
