Actually the Harvesters predated the Guides by a little while, maybe a 
year.  There was some overlap but they weren't technically related.

Yes.  I confess that I've been quite busy in the last couple of weeks 
and haven't put adequate time into this critical task.

I did put a bit of time into organizing some content for the 3.9 
release, which is here:  http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/5645

But getting the update stream process kickstarted is really more 
important in the short term, so I will spend my (currently small amount 
of) Squeak time getting something together this week.
