    did you look at Logic's Gate ?

"Logic's Gate is a simple logic computer aided design tool. Logic's Gate
allows the designer to lay out and test logic circuits containting AND,
OR, and NOT gates"

I didn't try it but may be you should have a look on it description on
SqueakMap.
