Thanks for the new release!

I was actually waiting for the new 3.9a release to make sure all what has 
been done in the MorphicSplitters project is properly updated for it. Now 
that 3.9 is out, I'll prepare the new release of MorphicSplitters, and ask 
for its inclusion. The first stage will only consist of PackageInfo stuff. 
Actual refactoring is a second stage.
