There does appear to be an RSS feed that shows the individual issues.

This will give all issues in all projects. To restrict to an  
individual project

see
feed://bugs.impara.de/issues_rss.php?project_id=5

(for example, this is the 'squeak' project).  Other id's numbers will  
show other projects.
