It's always seemed to me that there's a wide gulf between Smalltalk's  
introductory tutorials and actual useful work. I've gone through a lot of  
those things above (not all, yet) and have done Smalltalk for years, going  
back to--what was it called--IBM's Visual Smalltalk/2--but I could never  
sell a publisher on doing a book.

The above pages have lots of beginner's stuff, and there's plenty of code  
for experts to look at, but not much for the journeyman.
