I confess I meant to take a good look at this a while ago. I couldn't open the post in BFAV. I'm still not sure why - I just see a truncated stream of the post up to the o-with-diaresis character in Goran's name.

At any rate, now that I got off my lazy bum, I see the changeset contains your CollectionPrintingEnh changeset, right? If so, I found a bug in CollectionPrintingEnh, which I posted to BFAV together with tests showing the bug (and all the rest of CollectionPrintingEnh, of course) together with a fix.
