Weirdness in BFAV's listing

OK, well that clearly took more than a few minutes but I believe I've
now removed all of the duplicate messages.

As Cees mentioned this had to do with a little miscommunication related
to the new server and my attempt to fix things which resulted in more of
a mess.  Sorry.
