Just tried to update a 3.9 image (3.9a-6461). From the public update 
stream It updated to 6550 but then said it could not load one update 
file.

The url given is:
Starting with "http://update.squeakfoundation.org/external/updates/     
    ".  notice the spaces after the last slash until the closing quote.
Don't know if that is the problem but it looks like a filename in the 
update stream got messed up.
