I think that you should all understand that if we do not let people 
having the will and the time to
do something for Squeak. Then Squeak is dead. And you will not be able 
anything about it.

Count the last months what you have been doing FOR SQUEAK and not for 
your own interest and decide.

I want to let goran and other setting up a process that make sure that 
squeak will change/improve. Up until now everything has been ad-hoc.
