[BUG][BFAV] Unhelpful error messages for failures to download infrastructure files

Suppose the BFAV server has faulty file permissions on, say, latest.zip. In other words, accessing http://bfav.squeakfoundation.org/latest.zip resulted in a 403 Forbidden. BFAV's message in the PatchArchiveClient status bar displays "Update failed: 'C:\Program" (on my machine - YMMV).

While the message is accurate - the update failed - it also lies: the problem lies not with BFAV or the local file system (like the message implies) but with a problem on the BFAV server.

BFAV should display the HTTP failure reason and the URL. Say, something like "403 Forbidden while downloading 'http://bfav.squeakfoundation.org/latest.zip'" or similar.
