I am taking notes. We/I have a list of candidate Teams in my head that
of course are much more important than some of the Teams you see in that
list above. That little list is just the result of our last week
bootstrapping. :)

But we wanted to see how this model is received first. The Team you are
describing sounds like a Harvesting Team, more or less? As you probably
are aware (I assume that is why you are posting :)) harvesting is more
or less stalled and getting a process started again for working on 3.9
is of course a top priority.

So one step at a time - is the model to your liking? It is good enough
to run with and take any issues with as we go along? Are the rules
minimal and simple enough? Is the intent of the model clear? Do you
think it will make things better?
