Yes, there is a lot of this problem.  I have paid a lot of attention to
Traits, reading the papers and even speaking to Nathanael a bit.  I'm
very excited about the project, but I am not sure of some things like:
what is the tools status, and what are all the stability implications of
adding it to Basic?  Will it add bugs, or will it sit over in its corner
of the image and play nice?  I can't tell, even these kind of questions
must be obvious to the Berne gang.

These seem like important issues to consider, because it would be a poor
choice to make one great change for the future of Squeak, while messing
things up for 100 other people.  And while these issues must have
obvious answers for the Berne folks, please remember that very many
people are messing with Squeak.  We're not dumb.  Just slow.  Err,
something like that.

PS --  Speaking of communication, let's please allow the term "TFNR" die
the quiet death it should have died back in November of whatever year it
was.  Call it something that has a clear meaning, not something that you
only understand if you live on the IRC channel and attend every Squeak
and Smalltalk event on the planet.
