Hello Squeakers,

We are looking at integrating Squeak in the next release of the live
Freeduc-cd (http://www.ofset.org/freeduc-cd), this version will be
targeted to primary schools.
For every software we include in the cd-rom we want to use a binary
Debian package and aswell the matching source Debian package in
additional sources cd-rom.

We have been looking at the package of the VM at
deb ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/debian/ unstable non-US

but according to the developer of freeduc-cd the matching source
repository seems to be unfonctional:

deb-src ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/debian/ unstable non-US
--
Impossible de récupérer
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/debian/dists/unstable/non-US/binary-i386/Packages.gz
Unable to fetch file, server said 'No such file. '
Impossible de récupérer
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/debian/dists/unstable/non-US/source/Sources.gz

Does any of you know a Debian repository of both binary and source
package of the VM or do we need to integrate it in our own packages
repository?

Thanks a lot.

Hilaire Fernandes
