Spoon progress 12 July 2005: remote debugging process control, Flow in simulation

Hi--

(For an overview of Spoon, see [1].)

Phew. I've gotten process control working in remote debuggers
("proceed", etc.). My scheme of having context sender chains that span
machines (see [2], [3]) turned out to work. Now I can finally get on
with step 3 in my message from way back in February[4]. :)

As a side-effect, I've also written the interpreter simulator support
for Flow (networking, see [5]). At one point I needed to debug a remote
debugging session in the simulator.

	thanks,

-C
