Usually I post it on my web site and the FTP masters move it a bit  
later after we decide that it is good.


However it is not good. Pending is:

a) hide cmd fix
b) excessive CPU for flushing windows, so late last night I rewrote  
the screen carbon quickdraw calls to use Quartz.

I will expect to ship a 3.8.8b6 later today for people to try.

I will note this is a major change to the way graphics is done,  
people should confirm that performance and drawing is as they expect.
