OK, I see. Ian put a bunch of stuff in the UNIX subbranch;
sqMemoryAccess.h properly belongs in /Cross/vm  but there is an
'experimental' version in /unix/vm etc. Sigh. I have no idea why he
would do that, but whatever.

VMMaker3.8b3 wouldn't be expecting any of that so it might work it
might not, depending upon what is in the assorted unix config/make
furball. There is no way I am going to spend any time digging into that
particular ratsnest.
