Positionning submorph

As I don't know what you want to do, when I had to position submorphs
for a UserInterface I was happy using relative coordinates ranging
from 0.0 to 1.0. I "borrowed" this from TestRunner>>openAsMorph, see
after the comment "assemble the whole".  From Squeak 3.6 that is.
