[BUG] Duplicating morph via Green Halo handle causes walkback

See Mantis ID 1330.

In Squeak 3.8-6665 trying to duplicate a morph by clicking on the Green 
Halo causes a walback.  It appeaars that in CS 6562-0381sibHalo-sw the 
method HoloMorph>>doDupOrMakeSibling:with: was added but it is not in 
the image.
Can't seem to find anyplace it was removed in later CS.
