www.squeak.org is still pointing to stable version 3.8 of the image.

Is 3.8 image officaly out, released?

Does the 3.8 image will finally include locale translation or do we need
forking for version including locale languages as it has been done for
previous versions?

- ie at http://squeak.ofset.org and here
(http://p7app.geneve.ch:8090/squeak/39) a description to install French
local which for sure Squeak newbie will not do and then will drop Squeak
for lack of local language support -

I am willing to help to get locale language included by default in the
official image but how it is not clear to me.
