I will make  a new 3.8full today.

Changes:

  -> Build on the latest 3.8 with translation
  -> IRCe will not be installed, as it introduces a showstopping bug
      (walkback in the "new Objects" tool)
  -> Will include the patch to fix the doube 3D entry in objects tool
  -> Will add a single Project: The Smalltalk introduction.
