These updates add support for Squeak 3.7 through 3.9, with backward
compatibility for Squeak 3.6 and earlier versions (tested back to 3.6).

OSProcess allows access to processes, pipes and operating system functions
on Unix/Linux and Windows. CommandShell is a Unix style command shell
written in Smalltalk, with command pipelines, OSProcess command
execution, and a terminal window for Morphic and MVC.
