[MacOs X]Only one image per VM

On a command line doing
open ./Squeak\ 3.8.6Beta6x.app/Contents/MacOS/Squeak\ VM\ Opt
or
./Squeak\ 3.8.6Beta6x.app/Contents/MacOS/Squeak\ VM\ Opt
runs the same binary and requires you to pick the image to run, or it
finds squeak.image in the local directory and uses that.
