If anywone wants to play with the sims thing, I'd actually suggest to
go straight into the interesting stuff.. that is, building a robust
planner for the agents in the world.  A forward planner with backward
chaining, parameterized actions/operations, would be enough to start
with. Then you could add probabilistic reasoning and bounded/unbounded
resource/domain constraints.. Once you get some sort of behaviour out
of the agents, I'm pretty sure people will give a hand with the rest
of the stuff :)
